Shipping policy

Shipping

Shipping is calculated at checkout for your order and delivery address. Available options and the total shipping cost are shown before you pay. Free postage on orders over $90 in Australia and over US$60 in the US

Everything is made to order

Your order gets printed once you place it, so there is a production stage before dispatch.

Production and delivery are separate stages. Delivery times are estimates and can vary with your location, public holidays and carrier delays. You will receive tracking details once your order is dispatched.

Where your order comes from

Australian orders are printed and posted in Australia. United States orders are printed and posted in the United States.

I do not currently ship outside Australia and the United States. If you are somewhere else and you want something, message me and I will tell you honestly whether it is worth the postage.

If something goes missing

If your order has not arrived when it should have, contact me and I will chase it. See the returns and refunds page for what happens if it turns up damaged.
